We draft a description of the position, detailing its responsibilities and objectives. The candidate specification details core competencies, preferred professional experience, and soft skills — the personal qualities that sought in the ideal candidate.

We develop a strategy of targeting companies most likely to yield a successful candidate. We conduct original research to identify and profile ideal candidates, querying our own database, proprietary information services and networks such as LinkedIn. We also sound our network of sources for referrals and calibrations.

We interview and evaluate top prospective candidates through in-depth interviews competences. We pre-reference candidates to verify past performance and essential soft skills. The client will always know exactly what was accomplished regarding the search, and will be provided with first hand information about the market.

We present candidates accompanied by a written report detailing their education, career history, and an appraisal of their strengths, weaknesses and appropriateness for the position.

When a final candidate is selected, we complete both the assessment with different types of psychometric tests and the reference check, and we assist the client in structuring and negotiating the job offer.

Once the executive accepts the offer, we continue to stay in touch for the next months to ensure the executive has a smooth transition into the new role.
